Stitching policy
What to expect when we stitch an outfit for you, and what we can and can't change.
The design
- We stitch each outfit to look as close as possible to its product photos: shirt, trousers and dupatta.
- Brands sometimes style photos with details that aren't part of the outfit. We leave those out.
- Every outfit is fully lined. Backless, low-back, drop-shoulder and sleeveless designs are made with a regular back, regular shoulders and attached sleeves.
- Net or chiffon sleeves can be lined inside the shirt, or sent separately if you ask.
- Dupattas are finished as shown, or with a neat edge.
- Embellishments follow the photo. Some trims can be hard to source, so a close match may be used.
- Collars carry a Wear by Anaya label, because unstitched fabric arrives from the brand without one.
Changes and sizing
Choose a standard size or enter your own measurements in the custom-size box on the product page. We can adjust sizing and some styling details, but not colours.
If you ask for a design to be changed, it is made to your instructions and can't be returned.
Made-to-order and designer-stitched pieces
These are made to match the product photos unless we have confirmed a change with you in writing before you order. To ask for a change:
- add it as a note on the product page or in your bag, and
- send it to us with your order number so we can confirm it.
Most changes aren't possible, and every change needs our approval. Once confirmed, these orders can't be cancelled, refunded or returned.
