Give your body measurements, not a garment's. We add tailoring ease when stitching. Measure over light clothing, tape snug but not tight, and leave out anything you're unsure of.

  • We stitch to your body measurements and add a little room for comfort, so the finished piece measures slightly more than you do.
  • Hand-finished pieces can differ slightly from the measurements given.
  • Lengths follow the design unless you ask for a change. We contact you before any bigger change.
  • Pieces made to your measurements can't be returned for fit, size or a change of mind. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us straight away.

  • Do not use any type of bleach or stain removing chemicals
  • Straight sleeves are attached
  • Full lining will be included by default (only shirt not sleeves for stitching orders)

Care instructions
  • Dry clean embroidered, embellished and formal pieces.
  • No machine washing and no tumble drying; dry in the shade.
  • Steam, or iron inside out on low heat, never over embroidery or embellishments.
  • Hang embellished pieces and store them in a breathable garment bag.
  • Spare beads or buttons are included where the design has them.
