Orders and delivery
Where do you deliver?
We ship free to every country you can choose at checkout. Details are in our shipping policy.
How long will my order take?
It depends on the piece and on stitching. Message us on WhatsApp before you order if you need it by a certain date.
How do I track my order?
Use the track order page. Sign in to see your orders, or send us your order number if you checked out as a guest.
Will I pay customs or import charges?
Charges set by your country are paid by you when the parcel arrives, unless checkout says otherwise.
Can I cancel my order?
Ask within 1 hour of ordering through our contact page. Once work on the order has started we may not be able to cancel it.
Sizing and stitching
Can you stitch an unstitched outfit for me?
Yes. Add your measurements on the product page; the stitching charge is shown there before you add to bag. See how custom stitching works.
Can I get a stitched piece in my own size?
Yes. Add your measurements on the product page and we make it to your size.
What is the difference between ready-to-wear and unstitched?
Ready-to-wear comes stitched in standard sizes. Unstitched is the fabric, to be stitched to your measurements. Every product page says which one you are buying.
How do I choose my size?

Returns and refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. See our refund policy for how it works.
Can I return a piece made to my measurements?
Pieces made to your measurements can't be returned for fit, size or a change of mind. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us straight away.
Payments and prices
Can I pay in my own currency?
Yes. Choose your country from the flag at the top of the page; prices and checkout then show in that currency.
Do you have a first-order discount?

Are your designer pieces authentic?
Yes. Every piece comes from the Pakistani designer named on the product page.
